Originally located in Las Vegas, a labor of love by the Previous owners. It all started from a beading class taken with a friend, that lead to crafting, then to the idea of a small business. Ultimately ending up with a long history at the Fantastick Swap Meet in Las Vegas, NV.
While serving the community for years, my family and I were repeat customers.
As time progressed through the years, my Mother Dolly, was diagnosed with Leukemia and unfortunately passed away in November of 2018. Devastated and defeated and suffering during my grief; my brother moved back to Oklahoma with my nephew. We sold the house and I moved to Florida.
Having been in Las Vegas, since May of 1999; it was a very difficult decision to move away.
I gave it all in memory of my mother Dolly, and slowly found a way to live without the love and support of the most wonderful woman, MY DOLLY PARTON MOMMA!
Florida brought me into my own life and the most important thing was meeting my Husband. We are proud of his Lebanese and Italian heritage, and I have been welcomed and loved ever since. We are a tight family, full of love and fabulousness. Both Jim and I think often of our mothers and the love they gave.
Even though they are no longer with us; they made us who we are; and that ability to love, laugh, cry and to persevere has given us strength. We are the best of our mothers; and so, in a way they live on through us and their love guides us each day.
Several years later, when my Husband Jim and I were on a trip to help me move and pack up a U-Haul for one of my final moves to Florida; we made contact with the previous owners and were told they were retiring the business, and it was for sale.
It took some time and energy to make that leap of faith, but we made the decision, and we are as of February 2024, are proud to continue the legacy forward, as the new owners, take a bit of VEGAS to Cape Coral, FL where we live.
You see my mother, Dolly; loved jewelry and fashion and had a wig for each day of the week; she was fabulous in so many ways.
So, it's very fitting and wonderful tribute to my mother's memory; and for the memory of Jim's mother; they guided us as we found love through their sprits to each other. I know that our mothers would have been so excited!
We continue to love the world and each other and our business is a wonderful way to honor or mothers' memory.
Come along with us as we in our business: saving the world "One nut sack at a time".
All our love,
William and Jim Saigh
